Contract notes
Pipeline now exposes a real latest_version (6c313668…) with a matching OpenAPI contract, and versionless submissions return 201 — but two verified runs (2026-10-06) both hung in `starting` for 5–10 minutes and were canceled: the deployment never boots. Schema is lockable, the pipeline itself is broken server-side. The video-utils extract_video_audio_as_mp3 operation remains the named product alternative.
