First or last frame only (default: last). Full-frame extraction lives in video-utils extract_frames_from_input instead. Contract re-verified online 2026-10-06; real run: 0.010s predict_time, 10KB JPEG out. Page rate ≈ $0.00010/run average (CPU hardware-time). Enabled 2026-10-06: same task path E2E-accepted on the test deployment via trim-video/video-merge.
