Contract notes

Animated WebP output (fps 2–60) — never advertised as GIF. Download must use the .webp extension. Contract re-verified online 2026-10-06; real run: 0.227s predict_time, 185KB animated WebP out. Page rate $0.0001/s (CPU hardware-time). Enabled 2026-10-06: same task path E2E-accepted on the test deployment via trim-video/video-merge.
