Contract re-verified online 2026-10-06; real run: 1.358s predict_time, ZIP of 3×1s MP4 segments (3s input, target_duration=1). Page rate $0.0001/s (CPU hardware-time). Enabled 2026-10-06: same task path E2E-accepted on the test deployment via trim-video/video-merge.
